A 26-year-old El Monte woman was killed in a car accident on the east of Highway 10 in West Covina at about 4 a.m. on the 28th. The woman was knocked down by a car when she got off the car due to a car breakdown.
The California Highway Patrol said that the 26-year-old woman was driving east of San Bernardino on Highway 10 at 4:30 am on the 28th. She was driving a 2000 Toyota Camry car, possibly because of a car failure. She parked the car on the side of the road to check it. She was knocked down by a 2019 Nissan Altima, whose owner was 27-year-old Fontana resident Dracy Anderson. After the accident, he stayed at the scene.
